Founded in 2007, our mission has always been to provide high-quality, personalised aged care that enables individuals to remain in the comfort of their own homes while receiving the support they need.

At the time, there was a lack of social support services for seniors who were still independent but needed occasional help with daily tasks like transportation, meal preparation, home organisation, or social outings. Recognising this gap, Young at Heart Services was born—not just as a care provider, but as a trusted partner in aged care.

What started as a one-person operation quickly grew due to the increasing demand for our boutique, flexible, and compassionate approach to aged care. Today, we have a dedicated team of highly skilled, carefully selected caregivers who provide everything from basic home assistance to 24-hour live-in care, dementia support, and palliative care.

All caregivers undergo police checks, reference checks, and first aid certification before joining our team.

Our staff are covered by Workers Compensation, Public Liability, and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
